For the women, newcomer Jamie Roflow placed 34th overall with a 14:59. Seniors Melissa Krueger (43rd) and Elise Gould (48th) finished with times of 15:13 and 15:18 for second and third place finishes for the Falcons. Freshman Caroline Hillman did not run, due to an injury.
"I was quite pleased to see our top-five women finish within a 26-second span. Overall, they ran a nice race against a very tough field."
