Dec. 22, 2000

WACO, Texas - Three Baylor soccer players were named to the 2000 Soccer Buzz Magazine all-central region teams, the magazine announced Friday.

Senior goalkeeper Dawn Greathouse was named to the regional second team, while sophomore defender Tamura Crawley and senior forward Molly Cameron were each named to the regional third team.

This marks the third Soccer Buzz all-region honor for Cameron, the second for Greathouse and the second for Crawley. All three were named to the all-Big 12 Conference teams in late October and to the NSCAA all-region teams in early December.

The 2000 Bears finished the season 10-6-3 overall, 6-2-2 in the Big 12 (fourth place). Baylor lost in the semifinals of the Big 12 Tournament to Nebraska and just missed receiving an NCAA tournament bid.
