WACO, Texas - The Big 12 Conference honored Baylor's Dawn Greathouse and Emily Fukuchi with player of the week awards on Monday.

Greathouse, a senior from Allen, Texas, was named the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week. Greathouse allowed only one goal in 210 minutes for the weekend as Baylor tied Oklahoma 0-0 through double overtime on Friday, then beat Oklahoma State 3-1 on Sunday. The shutout was Greathouse's fourth of the year.

Fukuchi, a freshman from Cerritos, Calif., was named the Big 12 Newcomer of the Week. Fukuchi scored twice in Baylor's win against OSU, doubling her season offensive output. Her first goal Sunday was her first collegiate game-winning goal.

Baylor continues Big 12 play this weekend, playing at Colorado on Friday at 4 p.m. and at Texas Tech on Sunday at 1 p.m.
