NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Rain terminated second-round play Monday leaving the Baylor's men's golfers in a tie for sixth at the SFA Crown Colony Classic in Nacogdoches, Texas.

The Bears trail the tournament leader, UT-Arlington (291), by 12-strokes and stand in a tie for sixth with Arkansas at 305. Rounding out the top five are Arkansas-Little Rock (293), Sam Houston (301), Southeastern Louisiana (302), and Louisville (304). Last year's champions from Lamar (308) are in 11th place.

Leading the Bears is senior Jimmy Walker (71) who carded in at 1-under-par and stands tied for third place.

Due to the rain, the Classic has been condensed to two rounds instead of the scheduled three. The golfers will return Tuesday to play an 18-hole final round with tee times beginning at 7:45 a.m., off the first and 10th tees.
