Coach Karen Richter takes her Tigers into the SEC Tournament as the #1 Seed

OXFORD, Miss. - As the No. 1 seed, Auburn enters the SEC Tournament as SEC Champions for the first-time in school history. The AU Tigers are set to play No. 8 seed LSU on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in the first game of the tournament. In 2002, Auburn has broken records for overall wins with 14 and SEC wins with six and has broken the record for shutouts in a season with 10.

In the tournament, Auburn holds a record of 4-6-1 in six seasons and made it to the SEC final match last season, but fell to Florida in a 2-1 loss to the Gators. This season, Auburn defeated LSU 3-2 in Baton Rouge.
