OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Auburn equestrian's Ashley Griffith and Lyndsey Jordan will compete in the National Reining Horse Derby Saturday in Oklahoma City, Okla. The top 12 college riders in the country will be competing.

"These are two very deserving riders, and they are perfectly capable of winning," said Auburn head coach Greg Williams. "We expect them to do well."

Griffith, a rising junior from Plain City, Ohio, will be appearing in her second-straight National Reining Horse Derby while it will be the first for Jordan, a rising sophomore from Georgetown, Ky.
