On Saturday, March 1, 2003, ASU CARES volunteers, including the Sun Devil soccer team, participated in the Arcadia District's Citrus Gleaning Olympics by helping the Westside Food Bank to harvest oranges and grapefruits from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

"It was great to see everyone from ASU's community giving back to those less fortunate in this annual event," said head coach Ray Leone. "Our team enjoyed doing it as you can see from the pictures of the day."
