Join Baylor Tennis Teams For NCAA Selection Show
April 30, 2002 WACO, Texas - Join the Baylor men's and women's tennis teams Thursday at 5:30 p.m. CT in the McLane Student Life Center to watch the 2002 NCAA Tennis Championships Selection Show. The NCAA will announce the teams and sites for this year's tournament Thursday. The men's selection show begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the women at 6 p.m. Fans and media are invited to come watch with the team in the McLane Student Life Center. Fans unable to attend can also view the show on their own computer; the show will be broadcast live on the internet at www.ncaachampionships.com.
The first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament will be played at campus sites May 10-12. Second round winners advance to the final sites, where competition continues a week later. Texas A&M hosts the men's tournament in College Station, Texas; Stanford will host the women's tournament in Stanford, Calif.
