Persons or entities shall not, directly or indirectly, publish, broadcast or distribute FANSonly, information in any medium, except that corporate, governmental and institutional Users may use portions of FANSonly/ information for internal printed communications and memoranda.

User shall not store all or any portion of the service in any permanent form, whether archival files, computer readable files or any other medium, FANSonly/ shall not be liable in any way to any person or third party who may receive information in the service, or to any other person whatsoever, for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions therefrom or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof or for any damage arising therefrom or occasioned thereby. In no event, shall FANSonly/ be liable for any direct, consequential, punitive, special or any other damages arising in any way from the availability of the service regardless of the form of action, whether contract or tort.

User agrees to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement in order to use this service.

Use of the service by User constitutes Users agreement with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. FANSonly reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this User Agreement at any time. Notification of changes in service will be posted on FANSonly.

The contents of the FANSonly Network and its member institutions are intended for the personal, noncommercial use of its users. All Content published on the FANSonly Network (including, but not limited to news stories, photographs, graphic images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, also known as "The Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by University Netcasting, Inc., the party credited as the provider of the content, software, or other materials. Users shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Service.

User shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish through the Service any Content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise violates any law.

User acknowledges that any submissions (e.g. bulletin board postings, fan feedback, commentary) may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by FANSonly. User understands that any and all rights in such uploaded materials are waived.
