While the 2001-2002 Owls are celebrating the best seasons in Florida Atlantic University's history and while the 2002-2003 Owls are preparing for the up coming year, the Athletics Department begins its 2002 Owl Fund Drive.

The 2002 Owl Fund Drive is designed to increase community awareness and support for FAU Athletics. Individuals or companies make tax-deductible donations that help to fund scholarships for over 300 young men and women who compete as student athletes in FAU's 18-intercollegiate sports.

The goal of the 2002 Fund Drive is to find 360 new Owl Fund Members. Membership is open to any supporter or fan of FAU. The Fund Drive begins on Friday, June 7, 2002 and ends on Friday, July 5, 2002.

Over 60 volunteers are currently serving on the drive. If anyone would like to make a donation or would like to volunteer on a team, please contact Bryan Landry at 561-297-0561 or Tom Harvey at 561-297-2001.
