Dougherty Set to Throw Out First Pitch at Rangers Game

TCU head basketball coach to be honored on Tuesday




On Tuesday, June 25, Neil Dougherty will throw out the first pitch at a Texas Rangers game.

TCU head basketball coach Neil Dougherty has been selected to throw out the first pitch prior to the Texas Rangers vs. Anaheim Angels game on Tuesday, June 25. Game time is set for 7:05 p.m. at the Ballpark in Arlington.

Dougherty, who was hired in March to lead the Horned Frog men, is the 18th coach to head up the TCU hoops program. He spent the previous seven seasons at the University of Kansas working as an assistant coach under Roy Williams.
